Mandurah Waste Management Centre

The Waste Management Centre (WMC) is located at Lot 10 Gordon Road in Meadow Springs.

The entrance to the facility is immediately opposite the Mandurah Greyhound Track. Please refer to the location map.

The WMC is a transfer station and recycling facility, and does accept the following types of waste:

  • General waste and junk
  • Construction and demolition waste
  • Green waste
  • Recyclable metal
  • Car batteries
  • Tyres
  • Asbestos (bulk quantities cannot be accepted)
  • Household hazardous chemicals
  • General recyclables (cardboard, glass, paper)
  • Compact fluorescent tubes
  • Plastic garden pots
  • Mobile phones and accessories

The facility also operates as a public weighbridge and is licensed by the Department of Commerce.

Please note that end to end public weighing is not available due to the size of the weighbridge.

The WMC is only a transfer station and all waste that enters the facility must be transported off site by trucks.
